laying it out | fit and you know it

OK, so I started running. No kidding. It's been kind of sketchy for a while during the summer, but I am honestly trying. And even though I feel at times like I will puke or faint, I quite like it. Not to mention spending time going through the Runkeeper app, figuring out each little detail och my runs.

I figured it was worth a picture and a layout.
