Birthday party invite

My husband had a birthday last week and we decided, at a very late hour, to have a birthday dinner party for our parents and siblings this coming weekend. I quickly whipped up a little invite and sent it out at the beginning of the week.

I wanted to do classic, sleek, simple so I chose to go with brown and white. I used a paper from my La Storia paper pack and a beautiful image of a pumpkin. The dotted border adds that little extra without overpowering the white space of the design.

I printed it on highly textured cardstock and it came out looking quite fabulous. I wish I had a letterpress in the back of my house but alas I had to make do with the Epson printer.

Oh, and did you know that I have a new brush set in the shop? It was released yesterday for One Buck Wednesday but even if you missed the super low price yesterday you can still pick it up!

OK, so I've got a deadline to meet and a bed to hit, see you soon again, hopefully with party pics and P52 photos!

Time for a new freebie

You might have noticed that I changed my banner the other day? Well, with spring upon us I wanted something new and fresh; those fireworks had been here for far too long now. I wanted something light and airy. What better to fit that description than bubbles in the sky?

And then all this fresh air must have gone to my head because I decided to put this design up here for you guys to grab. Yay!

In this freebie you get one 12x12 paper, one .png file with four bubbles, and one .abr brush set with the same four bubbles.

Bonus freebie - it's Friday after all

Yeah, I don't think I have needed the week to end as much as this week. So TGIF! To celebrate, just a little bit, I am putting up a small bonus freebie.

Remember the last template from the other day? Remember it had a floral photo frame? I decided to put that very same frame up for grabs. You can use it as a photo frame, or clip a photo directly to it, or perhaps even clip a paper to it and use it as a journaling card. Pretty much anything goes! Included is a PNG and an ABR file so that you can choose whichever you prefer.

Please do follow the TOU, this is for personal use only. Please leave me some love when you download, and I would love for you to link me up if you use it. Thanks so much!

Have a wonderful weekend everyone, and I'll see you again next week! Smooches!
