  1. These layouts are fantastic, Linda!! I'm so glad you are posting them to your blog. I cannot keep up at all with the Gallery and I'm bummed about that.

I'd love to know what the journaling says on the first layout. I can make out bad for the chocolate and good for the tomatoes, but would be interested to know what prompted the use of these photos for your then and now layout. I tried clicking to enlarge, but it just goes to another picture of similar size.

    Great work all around!

  2. Thank you Jeanne! I know what you mean, I try my best to comment in the gallery, but there are new LOs all the time! And blogs? Let's not even go there!

The journaling says: "I used to not really care about the things I was eating. If I fancied something, I had it, and supressed the guilt to deal with it later. As a consequence I ended up overweight and miserable. I finally had enough and joined Weight Watchers in January of 2007. Nine months later I had lost the excess weight and I was happy to be eating more healthy foods. So now, even though I do have a treat once in a while, you see more tomatoes on my plate than chocolate."

Whew, it's a long one, lol.
