Freebie time! Button Up

Here's the deal; I am unfortunately looking at a two week long forced blog break. In short it means that I won't be able to come on here and share my eye candy. Boo!

To make up for that I decided to share a small freebie with y'all. Woot!
I love butterflies. So much so that my first tattoo was a butterfly. So I I try to incorporate butterflies in as much stuff as I possibly can. That and snowflakes. So what better than to give them prominent feature in this freebie? Yay!

Button up

Clicky clicky right here to download!

In this set you get six buttons; three with a butterfly image and three with a sentiment. They are fairly large (3x3 in) so you can print them and use them for hybrid projects or you can simply plop them into your digi stuff and size to fit. Now isn't that just great?

As usual, please read my Terms of Use. Also, please follow them. And if you want to share with me your work, please link me up!

Thank you so much everyone! I'll see you when I see you. I will most definitely miss you!

New product in store - Be Berry

I have a new paper pack going live over in my store at today. It's a paper pack with a colour scheme in pinks and creams. I am so in love with the colours in this paper pack that I could eat it all up! Could be the reason I decided to name it Be Berry! :D

This paper pack is a tribute to sweet summer berries and fruits. Like delicious treats from nature these papers have the colours of sweet berries warmed by the sun. Use these papers for a sweet, warm, and soft touch to your layouts and projects.

There are eight coordinating 12x12 papers in the pack. There are four solid and four patterned papers included in the pack. All the papers are beautifully textured.

I will be back later today with some yummy layouts using these papers.

Have a lovely day!

Project 52 update

I had an impromptu mini photo shoot yesterday which turned out very nicely indeed. Despite no props, the wrong lens, and a fleeting light, we got some pretty lovely shots. One of them gets to be photo of the week.
Beware all baby lovers, this will make you swoon.

#28, 2010

I am working on three different projects right now that I really need/want to finish within a couple of days so it's focus mode around here.

Well, at least I am trying to be in focus mode, lol. There are just so many distractions! Ha!

I hope you are all having a lovely weekend.

P52, week 27 and more than halfway through

Yah, halfway through this year. Can you believe it? I hardly can!

#27, 2010
I am still in love with our lavender and when I took a walk in the garden early this morning there were lots of bees doing their work. This little guy kept showing me his butt; I had to chase him around for several minutes before I got a decent shot. Ever heard of a bee playing hard to get? LOL!

Profile changes

OK, so my neighbour commented on my profile the other day. He didn't think it was a good idea to say that I was a junkie, even if it was in regards to creating. So Rolf, my dear neighbour, I changed it up for you! LOL!

Soothing for the soul

Do you ever have days when you just don't feel like anything is going your way? Like you're simply not on top of the world?

Those are the days that you truly need one of these.

I sure needed one. And yes, it did sooth my soul.

Garden delights

I shot these photos in our garden this morning. We are very proud of having accomplished actually growing things.

We've got lavendar

fava beans

and zucchini

We also have a bunch of herbs growing in pots just outside the front door. Pretty cool for city folk.

P52 - Kiddos

All about the kiddos this week. On June 20 little Linnea was born. Welcome to the world little girl!
Here I am holding her at one week old. What a precious little being.

Hanging out in mama's arms after a meal.

Proud big sister Josefin holding precious cargo. Josefin, who is my god daughter, all of a sudden seems so big. She's been the baby for so long now.

Big brother Johannes was mostly interested in the cake

On June 27 little Elias was born. Welcome to the world little boy!
Here he is at two days old in the husband's arms. Oh what a little darling!

And his tiny little feet, which get to be photo of the week. Look at those wrinkles!

#26, 2010

Big brother Emil was, as always, so happy to see his uncle and have a laugh. In this photo he is checking if the husband actually did take a bite of his foot two seconds earlier or if he was just kidding. What a sweetheart.

I might share some shots of our garden next.
