Breathing the fresh air

This week's New52 was a real challenge for me. Let me explain; it wasn't the least difficult to think of or to plan. In fact, I planned for this about four weeks ago. But then actually getting my behonkey in gear and doing it was the challenging part. You see, when it comes to things I don't particularly like to do, I procrastinate. This is true for laundry, taxes, and getting up in the morning. I push it in front of me until the very last possible moment. Excercise and getting out in the fresh air falls under this category too. What can I say, I like to cuddle up on the sofa under a blanket.

Now the plan was to go out for a short, but brisk, walk in the nearby park every day during my lunch break. Ten minutes of fresh air. It couldn't hurt, right? And how difficult could it be to pull off? Ha! Apparently very, as of today I have done it twice. Pathetic, I know. But now I've started, now I just have to keep it up. I do look forward to warmer seasons, though.
